General Manager / Senior Estimator
Josh came to the family team 10 years ago, starting with a shovel and driving the dump truck, in the tradition of the family. Showing strong aptitude in carpentry during his 3 years working in the field, he moved on to tackle the superintendent position for another three years before jumping into estimating the last 3 plus years. His natural understanding of the construction process makes him a detailed and thorough estimator. The long-term plan is for Josh and Julie to take over as the third family generation of TRC.
