Josh Ashby General Manager / Senior Estimator Josh came to the family team 10 years ago, starting with a shovel and driving the dump truck, in the tradition of the family.  Showing strong aptitude in carpentry during his 3 years working in the field,  he moved on to  tackle the superintendent position for another three years before jumping into estimating  the last 3 plus years.  His natural understanding of the construction process makes him a detailed and thorough estimator.  The long-term plan is for Josh and Julie to take over as the third family generation of TRC.

Eric Robison Eric brings to TRC over 24 years of Sales and Marketing experience. Beginning his career in jewelry sales he quickly developed his customer service abilities. In 1988, Eric became a district manager of the local newspaper and soon advanced into advertising sales. From there, Eric successfully held sales management positions for other local companies . He has also spent time in outside sales for direct mail marketing and commercial carpet cleaning. Eric is a family-man and native of Modesto. His wealth of experience and ability to adapt and relate to you, the customer, makes Eric a versatile asset to our company.

Don Snyder Don Snyder was a General Contractor in California for 35 years, specializing in Tract Development, Custom Homes and Commercial Development, He also holds certificates as a UBC Residential/Commercial Inspector and is certified as an Appraiser. A graduate of the University of California Irvine in 1971, he is a native of Californian, residing in the Central Valley for 32 years.

Steven Kitabayashi Steve brings over 20 years of experience to Taylor, starting as a helper for a contractor in Southern California during high school. After graduating he attended LA Trade Tech for construction management. He´s spent the following years working in all phases construction from the ground up. In the nineties he moved to Northern California, and broadened his scope of experience to include restoration and reconstruction. He has proven to be a valuable asset to the Taylor team, showing strengths in estimating knowledge, detail and thorough customer service.
